[Meta] Release Plan for User Expire Patch Release 2.1.1 (bugfix)

Problem/Motivation

The intent of this issue is to coordinate efforts in the creation of the 2.1.1 release of the User Expire module.

As of the creation of this issue, the module is stable and supports Drupal 11 and later. The 2.1.1 release will focus on resolving minor bugs reported or fixed since the 2.1.0 release.

Release-blocker issues (Bug fixes)

• ✨ if a user is activated, deactivated by the module, and reactivated by an admin, reset their expiration period Needs review

Remaining tasks

• Establish a list of release-blockers and 'good-to-fix' issues for the 2.1.1 release.
• Resolve the above issues blocking the release.
• Merge all merge requests for the listed issues. (Merging into the 2.x-dev branch can be done at any time.No release required)
• Create 2.1.1 stable release.
