Add amazee.ai as a provider

Since we will document per branch soon. I'll put this in backport as well.

I would add a column to the matrix that specifies

"Vector Database"

Thank you and good idea @matthews. I have added it and all the vector database providers, so amazee stands out as the only one doing both. Also fixed that our testing system thought amazee was a misspelling :)

Its merged and can be seen on https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/ai/providers/matris/. Will cherry-pick it to 1.1.x branch as well.
