Button / Link: Icon (Micon) position setting is not respected

Problem/Motivation

We need to fix the hardcored icon position in the paragraph template when 🐛 content.field_icon_link.0['#title'].icon is empty when the icon position is set to "after" or "icon_only" Active ist fixed.
