Allow more file types in chat

Openai and Gemini (and probably soon others) accept pdf files as well in chat.

Attach a pdf file to a chat

Add a new $files property that supersedes images and let the providers determine whether they support it and how based on the mime type.

Getting merged, thanks @bircher and @libbna. Its a pity with images variable in the constructor, but to keep it not breaking its good.
