Add “Most starred” option to the Sort by field on the Modules listing page

The Modules listing page at https://www.drupal.org/project/project_module → currently includes a Sort by field with options like "Most installed" and "Recently updated."

Please add a “Most starred” option to this dropdown to allow sorting by the number of stars a project has received. This will help users discover modules that are highly appreciated by the community, even if they are not the most installed.
