In order to observe Migrate events, a plugin / event subscriber for Migrate.
Something similar can be done in a custom module too, but maybe it's nice to have it available in the OpenTelemetry module, similar to ✨ Create a plugin to wrap outgoing HTTP calls by spans Active .
