In Display builder → we need some override like with Off canvas to keep consistent forms inside the builder with UI Suite Bootstrap.
Mark the forms concerned, specifically for layout builder we need the details to not become an accordion and the fieldset to not be styled.
There is perhaps more but it's a good enough starting point.
Review. I keep voluntarily the code side of offcanvas to avoid collision. This create duplicate, let me know if it would be better to merge.
