Navigation Menu not working on mobile devices

Problem/Motivation

I have to check carefully in a real mobile device, but it looks like the navigation menu is not working at all in smaller (mobile) displays:

Has anyone of you who use this time had any issues with the mobile menu?

Steps to reproduce

Open the theme in a mobile device, try to open the navigation to see if it works or not.

Proposed resolution

Apply/add the toggle properties missing to make it work, custom Vanilla/jQuery code may be needed.
