Empty space in the comments section when the user doesn't have an avatar

Problem/Motivation

In the comments section in a single blog post, when users are posting their comments, if certain user doesn't have an avatar, it leaves an empty space that doesn't look great:

Steps to reproduce

Create a user with no avatar logo, create a blog post and post in there, you'll see a bunch of empty spaces next to the comment

Proposed resolution

Add a default avatar when the user doesn't have a logo
