Disappearing "You have unsaved changes"

Problem/Motivation

Drupal core version 10.4.7 and Paragraphs version 8.x-1.19

We are using Paragraphs in a field that can occur multiple times. When editing the page, you can drag and drop the
paragraph items to change the order of the list using the drag/drop icon.

Expected result: After dragging and dropping, we get the message "You have unsaved changes" and the order in the form is reflecting our desired order of the items. After opening a collapsed paragraph and re-collapse it, the message stays.

What happened instead: The message disappears so the end user loses the information and maybe does not save the page and loses the changes.

Steps to reproduce

• Have a field that allows multiple paragraph items.
• Add a page and add multiple paragraphs, save page.
• Edit the page, move a paragraphs, see the message popping up.
• Open a collapsed paragraph, collapse the paragraph
• See the message disappearing
