Use OpenSearch's string processors?

Problem/Motivation

Unlike the Search API Solr module, this module doesn't implement BackendPluginBase::getDiscouragedProcessors() to indicate functionality provided by the search index, including:

• ignorecase
• stemmer
• stopwords
• tokenizer
• transliteration

Is this a simple case of that method not added yet, or does OpenSearch not provide this functionality by default?

FWIW I'm using opensearch in ddev.
