With the switch to using starterkit.yml to generate subthemes in https://www.drupal.org/node/3425844 → , I don't think starterkit:true has a purpose in radix_starterkit.info.yml. I was a little confused when I saw that value in my generated subtheme's info.yml, which should be tied to this: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3275707 🐛 Theme's generated from starter kit need to remove "starterkit: true" Needs work , but simply removing it from the starterkit theme's info.yml should be fine.
