Problem/Motivation

Prevent WSOD after Upgrade from Drupal 10.4.7 to Drupal 11.1.7 when no allowed books are set

Steps to reproduce

Install WxT 5.4.2 , install all extensions, create and translate a blog page and a landing_page. Then upgrade to WxT 11.1.x
see WSOD on node/1 and node/2 and add node pages
