The Paypal integration was already implemented through 📌 Add PayPal support to Payment Element Gateway Active this issue only targets the Link implementation now.
This is especially important, once ✨ Stripe Express Checkout Element Integration Active is merged, as both payment method types support express buttons which are currently disabled in code.
Implement PayPal and Link "PaymentMethodType"s to support these payment method types.
