Injecting CurrentUser on AiCKEditorDialogForm is redundant

Problem/Motivation

We currently are injecting a currentuser object in the AiCKEditorDialogForm. Its not being used and the method currentUser() exists to not load it in dependency injection.

* Remove the dependency injection for current user.
