Use the Chat History, in the AiAgentEntityWrapper if wanted

Problem/Motivation

Currently you can send Chat History into the agent runner, however it doesn't really use it and still depends on a task object to exist.

Steps to reproduce

Try to call the AiAgentEntityWrapper from an AgentRunner with Chat history only.

Proposed resolution

Make sure that it doesn't fail, because it has dependencies on Task.
