AI CKEditor preview icon looks funny

Problem/Motivation

The icon that is being used when you are setting up a text format looks very funny, see:

In the repo it does also look funny, weridly enough it looks ok when being used by the editor, see svg here: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai/-/tree/1.1.x/modules/ai_ckeditor/i...

This broke as part of this issue: ✨ CKEditor icon when in Gin Dark mode Active . Before that the preview looked good, but didn't work in Dark Theme on Gin: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ai/-/blob/512750d0c74c23a2c665a11f093...

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Fix so the icon looks good in preview on setting up in filter format both for light and dark modes.
Fix so the icon looks good in CKEditor for editrors both for light and dark modes.
