Hot Categories in the home page are not clickable

Problem/Motivation

The category boxes should be all clickable, only the "shop now" links are clickable:

Steps to reproduce

Create some categories in the "Product category" taxonomy, go to the home page, try to click around the box, they should go to the products related to that category
