Links are still altered although "Do not alter links with a default target value" is enabled

Although I enabled the option "Do not alter links with a default target value", these links are still slightly changed.

The existing target attribute of the link is not changed, but e.g. the title attribute is appended "(opens in a new window)" although the link will not be opened in a new window if the target equals _self.
