Add the actual agents as configs

Problem/Motivation

Currently the field, taxonomy and content type agents are not available as config agents, add the configs to config directory so they exist on installation.

Also create an update hook for adding them.

Proposed resolution

Add the configurations to the install directory.
Add them on an update hook.
