Steps to reproduce:
* Edit a node in XB then publish it
* Then make another edit and see the error in the body
The content has either been modified by another user, or you have already submitted modifications. As a result, your changes cannot be saved.
At present this can be ignored but once 📌 Publish checks validation constraints, but not form validation Active is in this will prevent further publishing
Reset the changed timestamp in entity form fields if publishing the current entity.

On second thoughts I think we should fix this in 📌 Publish checks validation constraints, but not form validation Active as it doesn't really cause any issues in HEAD until we get that in and merging that without fixing this would leave things pretty ugo in terms of UX
