Update JavsAcript dependencies for 10.5.0

Updated all dependencies for minor/patch level releases.

yarn audit reduced from 6 to 2 warnings, the two remaining are Nightwatch related where we are stuck on an older version.

Test failures were random, after re-running all green. Seems like a good 10.5 update, hopefully not too late to include.

The release note should this can be lumped under the normal "numerous other..." release note, so nothing special related.

Can someone add a reference to the nightwatch issue?

I don't know which nightwatch issue is being referred to, but there's 📌 Consider dropping Nightwatch in favor of Functional Javascript tests Active to remove it altogether.
