Hi everyone,
I’d like to formally offer to take over maintenance of the Panelizer module. I understand that the module was marked as unsupported due to a security vulnerability, and I believe I can help restore it to a supported and stable state.
To that end:
• I’ve already sent the patch and my analysis to the Drupal security for review.
• I am willing to restore it to a supported and stable state
Panelizer has played a valuable role in many Drupal sites, and I’d like to ensure the community can continue to use it safely, at least as a stable option while transitioning to Layout Builder, alternative approaches, to Drupal 11
Please let me know the steps required to move forward with becoming a maintainer or co-maintainer. I’m happy to follow the appropriate processes.
