Connect the CSS class defined in block display view with the automated list component

Problem/Motivation

Views UI gives the ability to pass CSS classes for block displays. It would be good if we could use this UI and link it to the automated list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to automated list view
2. Add a CSS class

Proposed resolution

1. Add preprocessing to link this view config with the automated list component
