Fix CSPELL - ESLINT - PHPCS - STYLEINT

Now It's all green now, I had to disable the STYLELINT job because the CSS is being generated by an obsolete SCSS application, which I plan to replace in the new 2.3.x version. For now It is up for "Needs Review" just in case anyone wants to review this.

I'll merge this one to the 2.2.x branch in order to have the other MR upgraded. I'll mark it as "Fixed" too.
