Problem/Motivation

It seems like the block class version set in the composer.json file is unsupported, let's upgrade it to the latest stable release (3.0.0)

Steps to reproduce

Look at the update report (/admin/reports/updates/update), you'll see that Block Class v2 is unsupported.

Proposed resolution

Modify composer.json to upgrade it to 3.0.0
