Google Account Access for Mentor leads

Problem/Motivation

The list of users with default access to the google drive for Drupal Mentoring (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0AMgRjScgEEC6Uk9PVA) needs to be reviewed.

1. Review and determine who needs to be added / removed
2. Coordinate with Privileged User (Tim?) who can make the changes
