Locking is sometimes necessary for parallel tests. While the HttpClientFactoryMock::acquireLockWithWait() method implements this mechanism effectively, its visibility requires us to create custom locking solutions.
Expose the locking implementation to enable the use of HttpClientFactoryMock::acquireLockWithWait() in custom code or subclasses.
