@socialnicheguru if we are using this "Set timezone on login only if it is not yet set (recommended)" option then we have to do the below steps -
Go to Admin → Configuration → Regional settings
Set "Default time zone" to "empty timezone" .I have created MR as in the error message we are getting a link that redirects to wrong settings page .
