Fix PHPCS-PHPSTAN-CSPELL-ESLINT issues for both 2.0.x and 8.x-1.x

Problem/Motivation

There are PHPCS / PHPSTAN / CSPELL / ESLINT and STYLELINT issues to fix, I opened this issue to fix the issues on both branches, I know this module is obsolete, but a lot of sites still use and others plan to migrate the configuration to the CKEditor 5 Plugin Pack, so by fixing these issues will ease the migration to other modules.
