Allow an empty default value

Problem/Motivation

Currently it is not possible to provide an empty default value.

Steps to reproduce

  • Install the module
  • Add a estimated read time field
  • Add a default value and uncheck "Automatically estimate read time"
  • Save the field
  • Return to the field settings. The default value is not present
