WSOD: Cannot uninstall auction - field_order_bid

Problem/Motivation

When it is uninstalled:
PHP Exception Drupal\Core\Field\FieldException: "Field 'field_order_bid' on entity type 'commerce_order_item' references a target entity type 'auction_bid' which does not exist." at drupal-10.4.x/html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Field/Plugin/Field/FieldType/EntityReferenceItem.php line 172"

have moved to hook_install/uninstall of order item and some related config cleanup on 2.2.2 release
