Field #parents of all AI Content Suggestions are now incorrect

Problem/Motivation

The restructuring in ✨ Allow summarize, analyze, suggest title and taxonomy terms based on the rendered HTML of the entity Active modified all plugins to have 'plugins' as parent field, yet this was not updated in the plugins. This causes issues when attempting to build ✨ Exploring AI Prompt management within AI core Active which builds a new custom AI Prompt element. It's probably an edge case, but better to fix this in AI Content Suggestions as it might not be the only symptom.
