Compatibility with drupal 10.x?

In the following commit Drupal 10.1 was removed from core_version_requirement (without any comments):
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/gin_lb/-/commit/7e84727f2dd44068cb265d7cc137494f04a5956c

This is now breaking our Drupal 10.x build process. Was there a reason for this change?
