Move Frontend Editing toggle into Gin Toolbar if available

Problem/Motivation

When people are using Gin Toolbar → module there is some extra space available in the toolbar where we could place the Frontend Editing toggle.

User interface changes

We are no longer placing the Frontend Editing fixed into the lower right corner but into the Gin Toolbar → if that module is installed.
