Expose link to student results somehow

For now how about something super simple eg just rename the column label from 'Status' to eg 'Status (click for Results)'

(since it isn't obvious to me that if i click a 'Status' I will see the 'Results')

We can just separate the results link from the status indicator and have them next to each other.

I think we'll need a separate Views plugin for the results link.. On the other hand it's so simple to create such a link without any plugins in Views.. It's more about informing site builders that the results page exists, maybe it'll be enough to update the default view config by adding such field?

Ok, adding that link field requires rewriting results with a link and adding additional fields just to have user ID and group ID which will be a bit annoying and will litter the view. Maybe a separate field plugin will be nice to have after all.
