Set up SDC and convert simple components

Problem/Motivation

SDC needs some basic setup and configuration, and there are some module components that should be fairly easy to convert:

• Lesson Timer
• Admin Toolbar icon
• Start Link field
• Course Action Info
• Course Status Indicator

A basic issue to get the SDC ball rolling.
