Multiusage of tools fails on Claude

Problem/Motivation

Using one tool once seems to have no issues, but as soon as you have multiple histories of tool result you start getting an error message as seen in the following screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

Run any agent that will run more than one tool.

Proposed resolution

Find out why this happens.
Fix it.
