Move components/sdc_statuses/* SDCs into `xb_test_sdc` module

Overview

components/sdc_statuses/obsolete/obsolete.component.yml etc. all date back to XB's early days.

They should be removed; because they also appear in the current XB UI for no good reason!

Proposed resolution

  1. Move components/sdc_statuses/ into the xb_test_sdc module
  2. Update SingleDirectoryComponentTest::testDiscovery() accordingly
  3. Remove the now obsolete ComponentTest::testObsoleteStatusHandling() 🥳
