Show field labels in re-use existing field UI

Problem/Motivation

I'm working on a project that has multiple paragraph fields with the label "Components".

There is a general one with the machine name field_components, and content type specific ones like field_page_paragraphs and field_blog_paragraphs.

When I search the field list for "components", I only see field_components.

It would be nice to see the others in the list, since all 3 have the same label. This would give a clearer picture of the site's structure, and help site builders keep in line with existing conventions.

If it was field_paragraphs, searching for "components" wouldn't find it, even though it's labeled "Components".

Proposed resolution

Show the field label on the re-use existing field UI, and include it in the search filter.

Remaining tasks

Discuss if this would cause other problems by cluttering the UI.
