This module is available for Drupal 9 which supports PHP 7.4, however when you try it you will see an error when sending the email:
ParseError : syntax error, unexpected '|', expecting ';' or '{' dans Composer\Autoload\includeFile() (/opt/www/web/modules/contrib/resend_register_mail/src/Plugin/Action/ResendRegisterMail.php ligne 88)
Install this module on Drupal 9.5 + PHP 7.4, got to /admin/people and resend the registration / welcome email.
You will get this error.
Make the code compatible.

Drupal 9 is no longer supported, so we should drop support for both Drupal 9 and PHP7, not the other way around.
The next version of the module will no longer support Drupal 9, so marking this ticket as outdated.
