Add Support for Drupal Tokens in Endpoint Url

As a follow up to ✨ HTTP Custom Header should support Drupal token replacements Active , I would also like to suggest this change for endpoint URLs

Wrap the $endpoint_url variable in a tokenService->replacePlain() method call
