Address cspell warnings found in gitlab job

Problem/Motivation

When reviewing merge requests it is kind of a pain to see the error/warning in the cspell job because I have to look at it, and then determine if warning was introduced by the merge request I am reviewing.

Steps to reproduce

Review any merge request
See cspell job has a warning.
Spend time determining whether it is a new issue.

Proposed resolution

Address the warnings by adding the unrecognized words to the dictionary.
