If it would be helpful for community contribution, we can add a Tugboat config.yml so that all MRs will automatically build a Tugboat Preview. This is often useful when performing accessibility testing, manual QA, end-to-end testing, design sign-off, etc. This is not meant to replace developer-focused tools such as GitPod or DrupalPod.
Create merge request, ask community to review, and know they must be a developer to do so.
