Implement additional chart types based on NumericArrayField work on Charts

Problem/Motivation

The NumericArrayField ( https://www.drupal.org/project/charts/issues/3516989 ✨ Add a views field that can output data arrays of various lengths Active ) is a Views field that enables a user to select the number of inputs that should generate a row-level data array. This opens up Charts modules for chart types not previously available. We should enable them here and also work to simplify this library class.

Remaining tasks

  1. Identify which chart types can be available thanks to this update in the Charts module
  2. Implement and test across views, content fields, and API
