Add a views field that can output data arrays of various lengths

Problem/Motivation

In order to generate several desirable chart types, we need a way to send an array of data at a row-by-row level. We are already doing this with the scatter field and the bubble field, but we can make this less tied to the chart type, as different libraries have different expectations about how many data points should be in an array for a given chart type (e.g. box plot or candlestick chart).
