Enable custom domains for GitLab Pages

Projects on Drupal.org are increasingly using GitLab Pages for documentation needs. For some, it would be helpful to allow a custom domain to be used to access that documentation.

For example: docs.memberplatform.org ( 📌 Set up MkDocs for docs.memberplatform.org Active )

This feature request is to enable this capability in GitLab.
