Disabled AI assistant chatbot still displays on page

When using Drupal CMS, if I go into the /admin/config/ai/ai-assistant and set the Drupal Agent Chatbot to be disabled, I still see the assistant popup block in the lower-right corner of my site, even after clearing cache.

The block is added to the Content section of the block config.

I also tested this on a custom AI Assistant and it has the same problem where it still displays the popup block even when the assistant is disabled.
