Add JSON file upload option in style plugin

Problem/Motivation

The process of creating a taxonomy, field, and terms is a little time consuming. It would be preferable to also have an option to upload or stream a file for the geo data. We have a similar feature on Views CSV Source. Let's see if we can get it working here
