Add support for Drupal UI translation via AI Translation module

Problem/Motivation

Currently, translating Drupal’s UI strings (located at /admin/config/regional/translate) requires the TMGMT (Translation Management Tools) module.

Proposed resolution

Extend the AI Translation module to support UI string translation.

For example: Providing a UI option (e.g., a checkbox in /admin/config/regional/translate) to "Translate with AI" alongside manual translations.
